The Mysterious Woman at the Beach – A Horror Story

It was summer vacation. One day, our family planned to go somewhere together. My family consisted of my parents, three sisters, and I, two brothers. I had been searching the internet for a long time for a nice and beautiful place where we could all spend our vacation together. Suddenly, my eyes fell on pictures of a beach. This place was completely new to us, and in the pictures, the place looked very beautiful and peaceful. It felt like the atmosphere there would be soothing. Thinking of this, we decided to go to this beach.

The next day, we got in our car and headed for the beach. Before reaching there, I had booked a hut (hut-like room) online so that it would be easy to stay. When we reached there, a truly peaceful atmosphere greeted us. It was almost five in the evening. There were not many people there, and we also wanted a place where there was less noise and more peace. Well, we all went to our booked hut, packed our things and after resting for a while, we went out to the sea. For a long time, we had a lot of fun, laughed, took pictures and enjoyed the cool sea breeze. Then it gradually started getting dark and everyone went back to the hut one by one.

But I don’t know why I was feeling strangely calm there, so I was sitting there on the beach. There was no one around me for a long time. The open sky above, the silent sea below, and the light of the moon were making the environment even more mysterious. My heart was getting a strange peace.

Then suddenly a cold wind like ice hit my body, and a cold wave ran through my whole body. I looked at the sea in front of me in shock and saw a girl there. She was bathing in the moonlight and looking very beautiful. She was playing in the sea water, as if she didn’t care about anything. I sat silently and just watched her. After some time, she came out of the water and slowly started walking in the other direction. My eyes were constantly fixed on her. I don't know what happened to me that I suddenly stood up and started walking after her without thinking.

She was walking far away from the hut. There was only darkness ahead, but I was as if captivated by someone. I was just walking after her. After going a long way, the girl suddenly disappeared from my sight.

At that moment, I felt a strong jolt and my eyes opened. I looked back and there was no sign of the hut for a long time. I was standing alone in the thick darkness. On one side were the terrifying sounds of the sea and on the other side was silent, desolate darkness.

I started to go back in panic when suddenly I heard someone crying. This sound was coming from this darkness. At first I was scared, but then for some reason I started moving towards this sound.

After going a little further, I saw the same beautiful girl sitting in a corner.  Her head was bowed and she was crying loudly. The sound of her crying seemed to reach straight to my heart. I began to feel sorry for her. I immediately went near her and asked in panic:

"What happened? Why are you crying? And why are you sitting alone in this darkness?"

But as soon as I said this, her crying suddenly turned into a terrifying laugh.

She lowered her head and started laughing loudly.

My heart forgot to beat.

Her laugh was not ordinary... It looked strange, scary and inhuman.

Then suddenly she slowly raised her face...

And seeing her, I fell to the ground in fear.

The girl, who had looked so beautiful a while ago, was now sitting in front of me in the form of a terrifying witch. Her face was ugly and her eyes were extremely scary. She kept laughing, as if enjoying my fear.

My heart was beating as if it would burst out of my chest.

I gathered courage and started running away from there with all my strength.  I was running back the same way I had come, but the strange thing was that the path seemed to never end. The more I ran, the more I ended up back in the same place.

I realized that I was badly stuck. Then suddenly I saw that many women like her were surrounding me from all sides.

Their hair was very long, and their braids were waving in the wind like snakes. They were all holding each other's hands and reciting something. Their voices were strange and scary.

As they were reciting, my mind was getting weaker. My head and ears started to hurt badly. I felt as if I was losing consciousness.

I couldn't even run away.

Finally I fell on my knees on the ground and started screaming loudly.

Darkness began to fall before my eyes.

Then suddenly a bright light appeared and someone's loud voice was heard:

"Don't be afraid, son! We are here!"

I saw that someone had a burning stick in their hand, and many people were reciting Ayatul Kursi loudly.

Suddenly those witches went crazy. They started running around holding their ears and screaming.

And then the next moment…

They all suddenly disappeared. I fell down on the ground weakly. My body was completely lifeless.

Then my family came running to me.

Actually, my family had been looking for me for a long time and had reached here while reciting prayers, due to which those witches ran away.

They supported me and took me back to the hut. That night I had a high fever. My mother kept blowing on me.

We decided to go back from there immediately in the morning.

A few days later, when my health improved, I searched the internet about the incident. There I came to know many scary things.

It is said that such creatures first trap humans by showing them a beautiful face, and then show them their real scary form and control them. Many people claim to have seen such women. It is said that they come out in the dark of night and disappear before dawn. They mostly live in deserted and sparsely populated places.

Well…

After that incident, we never dared to go to a new and deserted place.
