Flat 666: Devil’s Number | Horror Story | Scary Story
The Haunted Building Horror Story
Rehan said,
“Dude, your house is very far. Do this, stay with me in my flat today, otherwise you will either get sick or get stuck somewhere on the way.”
I said,
“Yes dude, you are right. My house is really quite far, come on then I will stop at your flat today.”
I turned my bike and walked towards my friend’s flat. My friend Rehan lived alone, so I had no problem going with him.
When I reached his building, I felt something strange. The building was quite deserted and desolate. Many of the flats looked as if they were completely empty. I asked Rehan,
“Dude Rehan, don’t many people live here? Most of the flats look empty.”
Hearing this, Rehan started laughing.
“Hey dude, don’t you know what?”
I asked in surprise,
“What don’t you know?”
He said,
“Dude, this is a very famous building. The name of this building is ‘Paradise’, but the people who left the flats here believed that devils live here and they can see them. That is why people left these flats and ran away. This building is considered haunted.”
Saying this, Rehan started laughing again.
“Dude, I have been living here for the last two years, but nothing like this has happened to me. Maybe people are spreading false news about this building. That is why most of the flats here are empty.”
Hearing all this, I started getting a little scared, but I gathered courage and followed Rehan into the building. The building was quite dark, very few flats were occupied, the rest were almost all empty.
Well, Rehan’s flat came which was on the third floor. Flat number was 666. Seeing the flat number, my soul trembled. It is believed that the number 666 belongs to the devil, and after seeing the atmosphere and the flat number here, I also began to believe that this building is truly haunted.
All these thoughts were going through my mind when rehan voice came,
"What are you doing standing outside? Come in, my brother."
Hearing Rehan's voice, I entered his flat. A strange smell was coming from Rehan's flat, which he couldn't feel but I could smell it very strongly.
Well, Rehan and I sat down to eat, we talked for a long time. Then Rehan started to feel sleepy and fell asleep.
I also lay down to sleep, but I was feeling strangely uneasy. The same stench was bothering me. I kept tossing and turning, and with great difficulty I fell asleep at around 2 am.
The Devil’s Hour at 3 A.M.
I had just closed my eyes and it was not long before I suddenly opened them. It was 3 am, and a strange creature was sitting above me. Its mouth was very big, its eyes were red, and its complexion was black.
This creature had me bound. I could neither move nor speak. The creature sat on me and stared at me angrily. Perhaps this was the demonic creature that the people living here were talking about.
The devil said, ‘This is my place
I was screaming with all my might, but neither my voice nor my body were supporting me. The creature came very close to my mouth and said:
“Ekhān theke chole jāo, eṭā āmār āshroy.”
I did not understand this language. I was looking at it helplessly and could not understand what to do. I was watching all this with my wide-awake eyes when suddenly something happened, and the creature left me and disappeared into thin air.
I immediately got up and sat down. It was three o’clock in the morning. They say that this is the time when the devil appears, and something similar happened to me too.
I shook Rehan and woke him up.
“Rehan, wake up quickly!”
Rehan woke up suddenly from his sleep, frightened.
“What happened, brother Amjad? Why are you so worried?”
I said,
“I’m going home. Close the door.”
I quickly picked up my belongings and ran out of his flat. Rehan kept calling me, but I didn’t look back. I quickly went down the stairs.
The same devil’s voice was ringing in my ears again and again:
“Ekhān theke chole jāo, eṭā āmār āshroy.”
“Ekhān theke chole jāo, eṭā āmār āshroy.”
I quickly started my bike and reached home straight. I breathed a sigh of relief.
The next day I told Rehan the whole story, but he didn’t believe me. Then I told him the words that this creature had spoken to me:
“Ekhān theke chole jāo, eṭā āmār āshroy.”
When we Googled the phrase, we found out that it was Bengali. Rehan and I stared at each other after reading its meaning.
It meant:
“Get out of here, this is my place.”
After that, I never went to Rehan’s house, and after some time, Rehan also left that house.
